Château Peylaby, Mêdoc 2020

$34.00

60% Merlot | 40% Cabernet Sauvignon

Château Peylaby owes its name to a hill in Ordonnac. This hill is located not far from the estuary of the Gironde. The family vineyard is composed of 9 hectares in AOC Médoc, conducted in organic farming. The parcels are located on three communes: Saint Germain d'Esteuil, Ordonnac and Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc. On the terroir side, Saint Germain d'Esteuil offers a clay-limestone soil, Ordonnac a sandy-silt soil and Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc a clay-gravel soil.

This new generation Médoc red wine combines precision of fruit and elegance. Fresh, crisp and greedy, it is the ideal vintage with red meats such as roasts.
