The Elyse estate vineyard surrounding our winery in Yountville produces a wonderful style featuring elegant black cherry fruit with uplifting notes of mint and eucalyptus leaf. Elegant, earthy notes of forest floor and graphite add to the complexity. The texture and mouthfeel are compact and dense with a lightly perfumed finish. Situated within the Yountville AVA, (American Viticultural Area) with the coastal breezes of San Pablo Bay and the Pacific Ocean, it is one of the coolest regions in the Napa Valley. This allows a long and cool growing season that contributes to the complexity and refinement of the Elyse Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
